Graduation Information and Application
IMPORTANT: You MUST complete a graduation application PDF if you wish to receive your certificate/associate degree, regardless if you will attend the spring commencement ceremony.
Application for graduation PDF must be made according to the following schedule:

| For Fall graduation: | Aug.1-Nov.1 |

Completed graduation applications MUST be returned to the Records and Registration Office.
One graduation fee must be paid for each degree/certificate. Graduation applications are good for only one term. Students who do not qualify in the term for which they apply will be required to reapply, but will not have to pay another $20 graduation fee.
Commencement Ceremony: The college graduates students three times a year (spring, summer and fall), but has only one commencement ceremony a year in the spring.
Diplomas: Summer 2008 diplomas were mailed late September 2008. Fall 2008 diplomas were mailed December 23, 2008. Spring 2009 diplomas were mailed to all spring 2009 graduates May 29, 2009 and notation of spring graduation was posted on transcripts at that time as well.
Graduation Honors: Graduation honors will be accorded to associate degree recipients whose adjusted cumulative GPAs are as follows:
3.4 to 3.59--cum laude
3.6 to 3.79--magna cum laude
3.8 to 4.0--summa cum laude
Phi Theta Kappa: Graduates who have been inducted into the Omicron Theta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society will have a golden PTK seal on their diplomas.
