How to get on Bidder's/Vendor's List

All vendors are asked to complete a Vendor/Bidders List application form. You can submit an application online or call the Business Support Services Office at 410-777-2244. Please remember to notify the college of any changes.


The Board Of Trustees Of Anne Arundel Community College Bid/Proposal Requests

C2010-01 Educational Specifications and Parts I and II for Administration Building Renovation - requesting proposals for the development of a study for the Educational Specifications and Parts I and II Programs for the Ludlum Hall Administrative Building Renovation on the Arnold Campus. There will be a pre-proposal conference at 1:30 p.m., local time, on Thursday, October 1, 2009, in the Student Union, Room 102, Arnold Campus. All interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. Proposals will be received until Thursday, October 29, 2009, no later than 3 p.m. Local Time. Point of contact: Heidi Derry, Purchasing Agent, at 410-777-2234/2244, e-mail hfderry@aacc.edu.

C2010-05 Driver Education - requesting proposals for Driver Education for the period of approximately one (1) year with options to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods. There will be a pre-proposal conference at 10:30 a.m., local time, Thursday, October 29, 2009, in the Resource Management Building Training Room, Room 130/131, Arnold Campus. All interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. C2010-06 Consultant Services for 2011 Strategic Program and Facilities Study - requesting Expressions of Interest for consultant services to develop a strategic program and facilities study in order to provide strategic direction to the college for facilities planning and development that supports the role, mission and educational needs of the College for the next 10 years.  Expressions of Interest submittals will be accepted until 3 p.m. Local Time on Thursday, December 10, 2009.
