Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling
If this is the first time you have borrowed a Federal Stafford Loan, you must complete a Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling session. To complete the counseling session on-line, go to: USA Funds Entrance Counseling. At the end of the session, they will transmit your results to AACC.

Stafford Loan Exit Counseling
If you have borrowed a Federal Stafford Loan from Anne Arundel Community College and you will be graduating, withdrawing, or taking a semester off from the college, you must complete a Stafford Loan Exit Counseling session. The exit session is designed to make you aware of your repayment responsibilities, familiarize you with your lender(s), give you examples of repayment schedules, and to answer any questions you may have regarding your loan(s).  To complete an on-line counseling session go to: USA Funds Exit Counseling. At the end of the session, they will transmit your results to AACC. For information on consolidating your loans, contact the Federal Student Aid Portal, your lender, or the Federal Direct Loan Consolidation program.
